Lambda Chi Alpha House and Meal Plan

        Our house went under renovation from January to August 2005. The renovation plan maintained the traditional layout of the dorm rooms in the rear of the house while delivering a new floor plan for the three floors in the front of the house. New finishes were made for all interior spaces as well as three sides of the exterior of the building. The new face of 792 Techwood Drive includes brick veneer walls, stone columns, and a raised shingled roof, giving the building improved stature among newer fraternity houses at Georgia Tech. The house holds 54 brothers/associate members and includes five bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, alumni room, chapter room, and balcony. Our meal plan includes lunch and dinner Monday-Thursday and lunch Friday. Our Chef, Jon Ingram, has been with us for over 5 years and continues to make our meal plan one of the best and most affordable at Georgia Tech.
       

From north of Atlanta:

   Take I-75/I-85 South towards Atlanta. Take the North Avenue exit, exit #249D. Take a right onto North Avenue. At the next intersection, take a right onto Techwood Drive. The house is located on the third block of Techwood. It is the second house on the left after passing Fourth Street. The address is 792 Techwood Drive.

From south of Atlanta:

   Take I-75/I-85 North towards Atlanta. Take the Tenth Street exit, exit #250. Take a left onto Tenth Street and cross the highway. Take the next left onto Fowler Street and proceed to the first light, Fifth Street and take a left. Take the next right onto Techwood Drive. The house is the second on the right. The address is 792 Techwood Drive.
